Foot Locker introduces a new capsule collection, the first since the announcement of Melody Ehsani's appointment as creative director of the women's business. 

Melody’s partnership and her vision to empower women through streetwear and sports truly reflects the brand. - Said Patricia Respress, Vice President and DMM Women’s Footwear and Apparel at the U.S. company - As Creative Director, Melody has been extremely insightful, empowering and collaborative. Her fresh perspective provides additional lanes of opportunity for the women’s business at Foot Locker, and we are delighted to share this unique collection with our consumers.

The trendsetter and founder of ME, took inspiration from her experience in the fashion world and from her passion for basketball to create a series of apparel and footwear which includes Ball Vision T-shirt and shorts set, a fleece crew neck top and shorts, and a tracksuit, as well as accessories such as socks and shoelaces. All of them come in colors inspired by nature such as blue, purple, yellow and red.

The result is a collection, the first of a series of capsules that will be dropped throughout the year, which blends streetwear, empowerment and inclusiveness. That's why all the items (with the exception of shapewear) are gender-neutral and available in a wide range of sizes. 

Our focus is always about elevating consciousness and cultivating empowerment. "Stop waiting to be who you already are" is one of our mottos. - Explained Ehsani - I believe you can’t wait for others to see who you are – you have to see yourself. Inhabiting your whole entire self at all times is key to moving through the world.
