Chiara Ferragni and Nespresso launch a new capsule inspired by Milan Between intense taste and eye-catching pop design that pays homage to the cult places of the Lombard city

Chiara Ferragni and Nespresso begin 2023 in style, renewing their collaboration for the second year and expanding the Ispirazione Italiana range with a new limited-edition collection that includes Milano Intenso coffee, some accessories, and a coffee machine. Uniting each element is the inspiration, the influencer's adopted city with its mix of culture, creativity, dynamism and timeless elegance, as Ferragni herself recounts, enthusiastic about the result:

"My love for coffee and Italy knows no bounds. So I jumped at the chance to collaborate again with the Nespresso family to develop this limited edition collection together. The new range was inspired by the creativity and rich culture of Milan, and I'm really excited to bring such exceptional tasting coffee to life with beautiful accessories and machines to allow coffee lovers to enjoy their beloved coffee wherever they are."

At the center of the capsule is Milano Intenso, a coffee characterized by a strong, lively, yet elegant taste like the Milanese capital it pays homage to, achieved through notes of roasted cereals and cocoa, bread, dark chocolate, fruity notes and hints of pepper and berries. The design of the Nespresso CitiZ machine, the Touch Travel Mug and the cup set is distinguished by a geometric motif declined in matte black, gold and green, colors and patterns reminiscent of the golden spires of the Duomo and the deep green geometric design of Villa Necchi Campiglio.

To present their new capsule, Nespresso and Chiara Ferragni came up with a series of short films, a journey through the history of Italian coffee culture that starts in Rome and continues in Milan. For the first stop, the upcoming co-host of Sanremo 2023 together with historian Filippo Cosmelli takes us to iconic places in the capital, including Antico Caffè Greco, a symbol of excellence in the coffee industry. Here between sips of espresso they discover the traditions of Italian roasting, roasting techniques and their impact on the coffee's aroma. The journey then continues to Milan, a true source of inspiration for Milano Intenso, through historic places such as Villa Necchi, Palazzo Montedoria and the Duomo.

The Nespresso and Chiara Ferragni collection is available (from January 16) online and in the brand's stores.
