Miu Miu reopens in London The new boutique on New Bond Street is a concept store of cultural exchange
On June 7, Miu Miu reopened its boutique in London. Located on New Bond Street, it’s not just a store: it’s a true concept store, designed as a space for cultural exchange, dialogue, and a gathering place for a vibrant community, all within a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space is harmonious yet retains the brand’s distinctive contrasts—a place where dream and reality, history and experimentation coexist. True to the Miu Miu aesthetic, it aligns perfectly with recent projects like the Milan Literary Club and the Tales & Tellers art project.
Miu Miu: New Concept Store in London
Located at the corner of New Bond Street and Bruton Street, the boutique spans approximately 700 square meters, housing the full Miu Miu collection: prêt-à-porter, bags, shoes, leather goods, eyewear, and small accessories. The ground floor is primarily dedicated to accessories, while the first floor showcases the prêt-à-porter pieces.
Modern and minimal, the lower floor stands out with industrial metal flooring, a luminous ceiling, and signature powder blue walls adorned with wooden beams and shelving for warmth. For the first time, bright yellow and green accents animate the space through two large display counters dedicated to accessories. The shoe area is centered around a large modular powder blue sofa. A metal staircase leads to the first floor, where Miu Miu clients can enjoy a more intimate and homely ambiance. Floors and ceilings are made of square wooden modules. A suspended structure guides visitors through interconnected salons, furnished with carefully curated seating and rugs, all varying in shape and tone.
A large wooden table and a long wall-hugging sofa form the centerpiece around which more private areas open. A folding door leads to a spacious fitting room, surrounded by wardrobes lined with embroidered fabrics that showcase Miu Miu pieces. On the opposite side lies a room for private appointments, also furnished with sofas and tables.
To mark the opening, the boutique presented a preview of the new Miu Miu Upcycled collection, created in collaboration with costume designer, producer, and set decorator Catherine Martin, who stated: “Miu Miu Upcycled gives new life to garments of the past, transforming them into absolute luxury, in a process where love and care make everything more meaningful than before.” On June 12, a special event took place at the boutique, followed by an evening at the private club The House of KOKO and then at KOKO—the iconic Camden music venue—which hosted the Miu Miu Club London 2025. This unique experience was curated by British musician Little Simz, who also performed live.
