The look is delicately defined by soft shades in shades of black, cleverly diffused to create an elongated effect. A touch of gold in the center of the eyelid conveys a feeling of dynamism and movement. The complexion, natural and with a satin finish, is accompanied by intensely glossy lips, in a sophisticated balance between softness and strength, structure and fluidity,” says Hiromi Ueda, Global Makeup Artist Armani. Tell us about your look for today's fashion show
Today I'm wearing Giorgio Armani's viscose and wool jersey midi dress, combined with their velvet pumps with asymmetric neckline and the clutch with chain shoulder strap. All in black: super chic and elegant.
What is your beauty secret that you never reveal to anyone?
Actually all my beauty 'secrets' are tips or tricks that I've learned from the people around me, so there's not much of a secret! But I would say that lately Korean skincare has become my never-more-without. In particular, azelaic acid-based products: for my skin they were a real breakthrough! And then I always carry the Armani Beauty Luminous Silk blush with me, I never part with it!
What does being a guest of Armani Beauty at the Giorgio Armani fashion show mean for you?
It means so much to me. Armani has created a timeless and extremely elegant legacy. I love to express myself through makeup both in everyday life and at work, so being here with Armani Beauty, feeling so beautiful and casual with this look, was a truly precious moment. It's my first time in Milan, so attending a show that not only stands out, but remains engraved in the history of fashion, is a real gift!
