Burberry's new must-have accessory has the shape of a crescent moon and the charm of a vintage object brightened by a touch of modern classicism. It's called Olympia Bag and Riccardo Tisci, creative director of the brand, designed it trying to capture the essence of femininity and to present it to the world he selected three special women who embody the power and beauty of feminine energy: Kendall JennerFKA twigs and Shygirl.

These women are amazingly talented and confident, and have a natural fierceness and determination to carve their own paths, each freely expressing their originality through their creativity.

Explained the designer introducing the three stars photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin for the new bag's advertising campaign.

Each of the stars was thrilled to be a part of the Olympia launch. 

Every time I am asked to be in a Burberry campaign, I feel as excited as the first time I was asked. Riccardo has become like family, he is someone who has always encouraged me to be myself and his support from the beginning has meant the world to me. I am so proud to be a part of this campaign that celebrates the strength of women.

Kendall said, followed by FKA twigs who shares the same appreciation for the Burberry team:

Riccardo is such a genuine person and I greatly admire his creativity, he has this beautiful way of telling stories through his campaigns and collections. It was an incredible experience to work with such a creative team.

While Shygirl, who opened the video for Burberry's FW21 show last month, emphasized her chemistry with Tisci:

The first time I met Riccardo, I loved how aligned we were in regards to our approach to life. It's been great to expand on that creatively with Burberry, especially within this campaign where I've really felt able to express a different aspect of my femininity.

Looking at Inez and Vinoodh's shots, it's not only the brand ambassadors that catch the eye, but also Olympia with her crescent curve that looks perfect to be worn on the shoulder, adhering to the body. Crafted in Italy using the highest quality leather, the bag features a curved silhouette and gold or palladium plated metal elements engraved with the Burberry logo. Launched with a pop-up series (World of Olympia), it is available in the brand's stores worldwide and online in three sizes and many colors, from classic sand to marigold yellow or juniper green.
