My bag, my world: how many times have we heard or read this sentence and how many times has this absolute truth been confirmed?
Basically everyday.
I have always preferred mini or medium size bags, although my passion extends to many models: shoulder, tote, and shopper size (which I prefer during travel), the bag is always with me, wherever I go, and this is evident from my Instagram profile @silviacaroline_official and from the bags I show in my looks.
But let's go straight to the point, what are the things I always carry with me in my bag?
I am a tidy person, not in an extreme way, but careful to details, so I like to organize what represents me and that I think should be with me, every day.
Let's start with an identity document, the passport, which especially in these difficult months, in the midst of a pandemic, makes us hope for a more peaceful future, reminds of departure, travel and people, the ones we meet while traveling, and memories we carry with us on our return.
Then we can move on to the card holder, but also the Chanel purse that I am very attached to: I can't do without a take away cappuccino with soy milk, so having coins with me is essential.
The airpods, the music and its magic that moves the earth: without music I would be lost, perhaps.
Ready for business calls, but also for listening and chatting with friends.
Let's now move on to beauty: a must-have for me is Laneige protective lip balm, soothing and moisturizing, especially in the winter when they tend to dry out and get damaged. A veil under the mask and go!
A matte lipstick, at this moment I prefer Rouge Dior nude/rosé shade, which I always carry with me for a touch-up, wherever I am, whether in Milan for business appointments or in Turin, it always gives a fresh and chic look.
L'Occitane sanitizing gel and hand cream, with honey and mandarin, the perfect combo for skin that is always soft to combat the changes in winter weather and especially gel irritation.
And again the herbal chewing gums, calming and relaxing, like drinking an herbal tea but in a concentrated and fast way.
There is never lack of a perfume in mini size: at the moment it is Santal Noir by Maison Christian Dior, which evokes warmth and safety, the perfect companion for the day. Finally, a handbag mirror by Rouge with cream pigment palettes perfect for the cheeks or lips.
