Peggy Gou launches a pyjama capsule collection with YOOX

Wearable as a luxury outfit for the evening

Peggy Gou launches a pyjama capsule collection with YOOX Wearable as a luxury outfit for the evening

DJ, producer and designer, Peggy Gou is one of the coolest artists of recent years. Her eclectic style made of sneakers, clothes with funny patterns, colourful kimonos and glasses with unique shapes, inspired her to create at the beginning of 2019 Kirin, her clothing brand. Now, there is also another way to copy the talented Korean it-girl: the capsule collection in collaboration with YOOX.

For the well-known retailer, Peggy has designed a luxurious black velvet kimono and two sets of two-piece pyjamas that can be mixed and matched as you prefer. One is in bright yellow viscose covered with scribbles and felines, the other is black with yellow profiles and is in cupro, a regenerated cellulose fabric made from cotton residues.

Even though we call them pyjamas, nobody really wears them like pyjamas nowadays! It is not a garment to be worn to stay at home: it is an extremely versatile outfit you can wear with sneakers, boots, flat shoes...  And it is perfect for any kind of occasion.

And, explaining, why she opted for this type of item for the capsule, Peggy added:

I am not a fan of tight clothes, I want to feel comfortable in my outfits. I have always been a great fan of two-piece pyjamas: I usually love to wear two-piece outfits with matching patterns.

The Peggy Gou x YOOX collection will be available worldwide on the retailer's website starting mid-December. The prices? 59€ and 79€ for the plain shirt and pants, 119€ and 89€ for the yellow set, 149€ for the jacket.
