Milan is Burning returns to Milan on February 1st Competition, but above all celebration

Inspired by New York City’s Vogue Knights and Open To All formats, Milan Is Burning was born as a meeting point dedicated to the ballroom community and anyone who wants to support and get closer to the scene. It is a space designed for gathering, dancing, and having fun, without the commitment required by a Ball, but with the same desire to express yourself and perform.

The event emphasizes the party and sharing aspect. There are competition categories - from runway to voguing, and body and sex siren - but no trophies are awarded: only drinks. There is no theme and no dress code required; attendees can come in an extra look or in total comfort. The invitation is also open to newcomers who want to try their hand and participate in the categories in a welcoming and informal environment. In addition to the competition categories, there will be moments dedicated solely to DJ sets and dancing.

Milan Is Burning will take place on Sunday, February 1, at the Main Club (via Boncompagni 44, Milan), with doors opening at 7:00 PM, start at 8:00 PM, and closing at 1:00 AM. The event is organized by La B. Fujiko / BBallroom as a space for gathering, exchange, and celebration of ballroom culture, respecting its values of community, care, and freedom of expression.
