Warm, cozy, just like a hug during the first cold of the colder seasons. The cocoon effect of knitwear dresses is all we need as soon as the heat of this long summer will leave us.
We saw them on the catwalks of the Fall-Winter 2020 2021, where knitwear was the protagonist in all its forms, where the hand-made and precious materials are rediscovered, with reference to the prestigious made in Italy. From the super soft white dresses by Bottega Veneta and Jil Sander, to the winter patterns by Marine Serre, Balmain and Chloè, up to the optical textures by Y/Project and Altuzarra.
Not just on the catwalks, the big trend of tricot dresses is now in all stores, with offering of every shape, color and length: oversized, tight bodycon dresses, with or without sleeves, longuette or above the knee, in typically autumnal or in brilliant shades of pink, yellow, green, but also in nude palette.
