Pandora opens in Milan its first Italian flagship store Strengthening its presence in the country

Located in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, on the corner with Piazza San Babila, the new Pandora flagship was conceived as an experiential space that tells the Pandora universe through design, personalization, consulting and product discovery, expressing the evolution of the brand and its contemporary way of interpreting jewelry.
A strategic step in Pandora's growth path in Italy
The opening of the Milan flagship represents a significant stage in Pandora's growth path in Italy, strengthening the brand's bond with an internationally recognized symbolic city of fashion, design and jewelry. More than a store, the new store is the expression of Pandora's creative and strategic vision, capable of combining the brand's global ambition with the centrality of the Italian market.
From an icon of the world of charms to the protagonist of the accessible jewelry segment, Pandora has progressively expanded its offer through collections designed to accompany every moment of life and respond to an increasingly diversified desire for personal expression. The flagship interprets this evolution through a retail experience in which product, personalization and consultancy are integrated into a distinctive and engaging journey. The Milanese flagship is the expression of Pandora's creative and strategic vision and of an evolution that places experience, personalization and relationship with the customer at the center.
A concept that combines Scandinavian design and Milanese style
With an area of about 250 square meters spread over two levels, an eight-meter high façade and a development of 35 linear meters on three sides, the new flagship is part of a rationalist building from the 1930s, reinterpreting its architectural identity through a contemporary and elegant language.
Inspired by the timeless elegance of Milan, the concept combines the minimalism of Pandora's Danish origins with the richness of Italian taste and craftsmanship. Natural materials, soft lines and material details define a welcoming and distinctive space, in which the pink-hued marble flooring, a tribute to the iconic Milanese interiors of the Eighties, and the Artichoke lamp by Louis Poulsen stand out.
Characterizing the mezzanine is a heart-shaped sculpture inspired by one of Pandora's first charms, which celebrates the brand's heritage and its values of love, inclusion and joy. The attention to sustainability is also reflected in the design choices: dedicated green areas, enriched with plants and planters made with recycled blown glass, Carrara marble scraps and other mineral materials, complete the flagship experience, integrating well-being, environmental quality and environmental responsibility.
A new retail destination built around experience
Inside the store, visitors are invited to explore the Pandora universe through a journey that integrates personalization, styling, heritage, craftsmanship and product discovery.
The Engraving Studio gives shape to one of the pillars of the Pandora experience: the possibility of making every jewel even more personal through engraving, transforming the moment of purchase into a unique, intimate and significant gesture.
The Style Studio, on the other hand, introduces a freer and more interactive dimension, inviting customers to try, combine and reinterpret jewelry according to their own style, with a hands-on approach that enhances the versatility of the collections and the pleasure of discovery.
The Diamond Salon, dedicated to the Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds collection, welcomes customers in a space designed to tell a new idea of diamonds: accessible and more conscious, an expression of contemporary luxury that combines beauty and environmental responsibility.
The brand's story also comes to life through the Cabinet of Curiosities, a space conceived as a distinctive exhibition element that stimulates discovery, emotion and storytelling thanks to a curated collection of objects and artifacts, offering an even more immersive exhibition of the jewel. The experience is also enriched with the Heritage Wall, which traces the history and values of the brand.
The space dedicated to the Art of Making completes the journey by exploring jewelry as a contemporary creative language through bespoke creations. The project brings the Italian artistic heritage into dialogue with the Pandora universe, reinterpreting the Bust of Venere Italica by Antonio Canova, created by the historic Gipsoteca Fumagalli & Dossi, in a contemporary visual key consistent with the design of the space.
Among the jewels on display are unique pieces already worn on international red carpets by stars such as Pamela Anderson and Tyla.
Exclusively for the Milanese flagship, a charm dedicated to the Milan Cathedral will also be available, finished in 14-carat gold and embellished with a lab-grown diamond.
The floral installations by Danish artist Rie Elise Larsen bring a poetic and material language to the store, made of delicate paper compositions and bright tones, which celebrate the beauty of the details and the idea of continuous transformation.
The launch of Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds in Italy
On the occasion of the opening of the new flagship, Pandora introduces the Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds collection in Italy, marking a new chapter in the evolution of the brand's offer. Identical to diamonds extracted chemically, physically, optically and thermally, Pandora Lab-Grown Diamonds express a more contemporary, accessible and transparent vision of diamond jewellery. Made using electricity from 100% renewable sources and set in 100% recycled silver and gold jewelry, they reflect Pandora's commitment to more responsible practices. With this collection, Pandora continues its goal of expanding accessibility to diamond jewelry, responding to the expectations of contemporary consumers through a proposal that combines quality, innovation and attention to sustainability.
