Charli XCX stars in new JW Anderson campaign Together with the colorful Bumper Bag

JW Anderson chose Charli XCX to present the new shades of her latest it-bag: the Bumper Bag. Presented for the first time during the Spring/Summer 2022 fashion show, the accessory with its essential silhouette enhanced by a vitamin palette immediately won the hearts of influencers and celebrities such as Dua Lipa and Charli XCX herself, who have worn it on several occasions, elevating it to the must-have of the season. Available in different variants, the bag is inspired by travel pillows and floating balloons has a special feature: each model is made upside down and then turned inside out with the oversize padding in view. Featuring a padded and inflated machined neoprene tube base with the addition of a thin adjustable shoulder strap, it now returns to shops in a range of new colors. Bumper Bags for the warm season look like tasty candy. It's hard to choose between the blue/green, yellow/orange, toffee/lilac, bubble-gum pink, red, black,... combo.

The images shot by Conor Cunningham are an explosion of color, a lesson in dopamine dressing in the Y2K mood. Every detail of the visual was designed by Anderson to enhance his creations, which reinterpret the minimalist silhouettes of clothes and accessories with a playful pop-surrealist twist. Not only Charli XCX's outfits, the Bumper Bag or the Bumper mules, but also beauty. For the British singer Danielle Kahlani, she created a high-impact, colorful and vibrant make-up where the focus is on the eyes. The make-up artist applied eye shadow in an irregular way, played with graphic eye-liner and added some eye gems. The products she used? For the pink @beautycreations.cosmetics, for the blue she chose Pat Mcgrath's Bridgerton palette. The plus of the look are the nails, created by @byjuanalvear, which echo the colour combos of the Bumper Bag.

All new Bumper Bag shades are available in shops and on the JW Anderson website.
