Often, in fact, it happens that while maintaining good nutrition and using excellent hair care products, after shampooing they still give us the impression of being weakened or in poor condition. This is why it is very important to get rid of small errors that tend to reduce the washing yield and that can have consequences on the health of our hair, like weakening, split ends, brittle and even falling out.

1. Not brushing our hair before

Especially if they are very long, it is important to prepare your hair for washing by combing it carefully, thus avoiding knots that you have to untangle while the hair is wet (wrong!).

 

2. Always using the same product

We all probably have our favorite shampoo but, according to experts, it would be better to change the product every two months. In fact, if the same product is used all year round, the risk is that a sort of "accumulation" of certain ingredients (for example silicones) is created on the hair, which damage and weaken the lengths.

 

3. Using too much shampoo

4. Using too hot water

No, no, and again, no. Even though the hot shower is one of the most relaxing things in the world it's not good for the scalp and lengths at all. Better therefore to aim for a warm jet.

 

5. Massage the hair tips

Often we focus too little on the skin and too much on the tips. Rubbing and rubbing the tips can damage the hair and make it dry: the tips of the hair will be washed without rubbing them, thanks to the water and shampoo on the skin.
