Nensi Dojaka experiments with pop colours in Resort 2022
The designer widens her aesthetic in the exclusive collaboration with Mytheresa

The successful debut in the fashion world with the LVMH Prize in 2021 marked the beginning of a rosy path for Nensi Dojaka, a designer who in just 3 years has managed to convey innovative values in the fashion world by speaking a sensual language that interprets with visible seams, contrasts and graphic games that embrace the body the trend of cut-outs as a glimmer of communication. The new Resort 2022 collection, exclusively for the online retailer Mytheresa, continues the dialogue between the sensuality of the garments that wrap the body and the cut-outs that show it, but this time experimenting with more summery and pop tones, such as yellow, fuchsia and light blue for a summer wardrobe in full Dojaka style.
The black and nude colors that helped the designer define her vision somewhere between tailoring and impalpable yet hyper-feminine fabrics in the past, evolves to communicate with all the colors it contains, as Nensi herself states:
"I always experiment with color in my collections and this is a nice way to show my designs in a less austere, more approachable way. I love colors because they have an opposite effect to black and possess their own voice."
The brand's distinctive aesthetic is then declined in 60 ready-to-wear pieces that include the brand's must-haves such as classic body-hugging mini dresses with plunging necklines and asymmetries, mini wrap skirts, crop tops with American necklines in shades such as orange, turquoise, pink and earthy browns moving away from classic black.
New entry in the range for the designer are the swimwear references, which open a pleasant summer parenthesis to be further loved by celebrities thanks to recognizable details such as applications of extra fabric on the panties and laces to be woven drawing your own idea of silhouette on the body. Swimsuits, cover-ups and dresses with a typically seaside echo are perfect to be unveiled at a poolside party or on a deserted moonlit beach, the garments of the Resort 2022 collection will be available globally from April 20 exclusively on Mytheresa.com, traveling on a price range from 168€ to 860€.
