5 cities in the world, 11 collections, 11 creative visions. To showcase the new Moncler Genius collections, Remo Ruffini's brand opted for an immersive phygital show unveiled during last Milan Fashion Week and coordinated by Alicia Keys. MONDOGENIUS is an atypical formula that brings the community on a minimetaverse journey, through different cultural universes, from Tokyo to Seoul, from Milan to Shanghai. The most intense stop is in New York City. Here, in an elegant hall with a black and white checkered floor, it seems as if we are transported into a timeless parallel universe where the voice of Solange Knowles and the rhythm of the notes intersect with the 2 Moncler 1952 Woman.

Solange, the crew of musicians, the new outfits created by Veronica Leoni, music, fashion, art, beauty. In Rest Your, the short film directed by Khalik Allah, everything comes together in a powerful, exciting, enthralling performance, building an unusual emotional climax for a fashion presentation. Watching the singer you are hypnotized, it seems to attend a sort of mystical ritual. She sways, dances, opens her arms, looks at the sky, moves sensual and powerful, slows down, accelerates, playing with her voice, with pop, jazz, soul. And with her the bangs of the pants, the down jackets, the leg warmers and all the pieces of the collection. It's an emotional climax that evokes Josephine Baker and Luisa Casati and works together with the concept developed by Leoni, whose minimal and versatile silhouettes, perfect for both winter and live shows, are a happy marriage of the traditional aesthetics of the 50s and the sporty outwear of Moncler.

At the end of Solange's performance what remains is not only the proof that sometimes a digital presentation can be more powerful and moving than a traditional fashion show, but also that Moncler is much more than a brand that sells jackets. It is a truly immersive universe, capable of delivering beauty and pushing the boundaries of what fashion is. The outwear and other pieces in the 2 Moncler 1952 Woman collection are no longer just clothing for the mountains, the city or cold winter days. They are a stylish, cool and unconventional alternative to party dresses.
