LÀME and Ostello Bello together for Miss Trans Global Italy 2026 An evening of pride and beauty

Milan once again becomes a stage for freedom, authenticity, and pride with the national selection of Miss Trans Global Italy 2026, scheduled for Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Ostello Bello Duomo (Via Medici 4). The free-entry event marks the beginning of a new collaboration between LÀME - a multidisciplinary platform bridging art, design, and social innovation - and one of the city’s most iconic and inclusive venues.
Miss Trans Global Italia: the Milan event with Ostello Bello and LÀME
More than just a beauty pageant, Miss Trans Global Italy is a celebration of dignity, visibility, and the strength of trans women. Leading the evening will be Laura Pereira - model, activist, and winner of the 2025 edition - whose story of resilience and authenticity perfectly embodies the spirit of the project. “Beauty is truth, freedom, and resilience,” says Laura, born in Brazil and raised across three continents, now one of the brightest voices of the trans community in Italy.
From 6:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., the program will alternate performances, music, screenings, and moments of sharing. After the opening and aperitivo curated by Ostello Bello, contestants will take the stage for their performances, followed by the official screening of “MTGI 2026” and the much-anticipated crowning of the new Miss Trans Global Italy. The grand finale will feature PURO PERREO with an explosive DJ set and a secret show celebrating freedom of expression and the power of the queer community. Throughout the evening, there will also be an information booth by @culitostore, official partner of the event, along with four special guests revealed live on stage.
Statements from Yuri D'Ostuni
Art direction is by Yuri (@yuri_s_d), founder of LÀME, a platform that intertwines art, aesthetics, and activism to build new imaginaries of equity and inclusion. For Yuri, each project is “a laboratory of conversation between languages, people, and territories,” where creativity becomes a true political act. “Come early, come as you are,” reads the event’s claim, an open invitation to anyone who wishes to take part, connect, and celebrate together the power of truth and diversity.
