The new bags of the Fendi 'Solar Dream' collection

The first women's ready to wear collection designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi as the brand's only Creative Director since Karl Lagerfeld's death is a Solar Dream, a collection that reminds of the warmth and colours of a Roman summer day.

Earth tones, matelassé fabrics, gingham, floral patterns appear on every item of the collection: on the trench coat and suede dress, on the shirt dress and men's jackets, on the floating, impalpable and ultra-feminine dresses completing a utility wardrobe, but also on the accessories.

Fendi's new bags are fun, hippy chic, with a seventies mood perfect for the hot season. The offer is rich, as the selection of materials and patterns ranging from raffia to flowers, from canvas to fluorescent green. There are the iconic Baguette and Peekaboo in woven raffia and latticework leather, plus the Peekaboo Click, a small clutch bag with chain and a twist lock with an automatic mechanism that opens both pockets. The must-have? Mon Trésor, the small bucket embellished with a Pequin Vichy motif that can either be placed over the shoulder or worn as a cross-body.
