On Wednesday, March 5th, the Museo Civico Filangieri in Naples hosted a special lunch. Organized by AW LAB, the event celebrated the launch of the brand-new Nike Field General. The occasion was enriched by special guests, a mise en place designed for the event by Giotto Calendoli and a gourmet menu featuring a live cooking show by Mimì alla Ferrovia. A Perfect Setting for a Showcooking Event with AW LAB and Nike in Naples

Founded in 1882, the Museo Filangieri was conceived as a fusion of production and exhibition, inspired by a family tradition rooted in education and art. It is housed in the 15th-century Palazzo Como, a rare example of Renaissance architecture in a city that is always open to the world and in constant motion. In its halls, Mimì alla Ferrovia demonstrated how to prepare the perfect spaghettone with datterini tomatoes, pecorino cheese, chili pepper, and basil, known as O' Scarpariello. During the lunch, featuring a traditional menu and ending, of course, with a Neapolitan Babà, guests had the chance to draw whatever they liked on the table, having fun and showcasing their creativity—fully embracing the spirit of Nike Field General and AW LAB. A dynamic and disruptive fusion, proving that different worlds can not only coexist but also enhance one another in a meeting of past and future.
