What inspired you to create the new Stay Plush Lip Oil Tints? Was there a specific moment or idea that started it all?
I really love any product that offers amazing hydration and these next-gen lip oils are super nourishing, cushion-y, and to take it to the next level - offer a long-lasting wash of color as well!
How would you describe the feeling on your lips in just three words?
Plush (of course), luxurious, and hydrating
If each shade represented a mood or a type of day, how would you describe them?
Oh, great question! Bahama Mama is that vibe of getting ready for dinner on vacation with your girls. Coconut Colada is your everyday nude shade & for me, it just gives cozy vibes. Strawberry Sunrise is very pink girlie feminine vibes (like pop on your pink dress, some bows and you’re set!) Tutti Frutti, gives me ultimate sunny destination vibes, it’s so bright & reminds me of that sun-burnt blush trend!
florence by mills has always been about self-care and authenticity. What does "feeling good in your own skin" mean to you today?
Today it means feeling truly comfortable with myself, inside and out. Making sure that I’m using products that make me feel good, aren't complicated or too time-consuming. And surrounding myself with people that make me feel loved.
What’s your favorite way to use Stay Plush in your everyday beauty routine?
I love to apply Stay Plush towards the beginning of my day/routine because I love the wash of tint it leaves so even by mid-day if the shine has worn a bit, I’m still left with this gorgeous popsicle-like lip!
If you could share one beauty tip with Gen Z and Gen A, what would it be?
Honestly, it would be to create a routine that is simple and feels genuinely you. Don’t feel like you need to follow a 20-step routine to look like everyone else. You can really tell when people are comfortable in their own skin and it’s really beautiful!
