Accompanying the caption is an image of her hand, with a flawless, milk-colored manicure, clutching the tiny hand of a baby boy, probably a boy, as the emoticon of a little blue heart suggests.

Although the heiress's last official appearance of a few weeks during Miley Cyrus's New Year's Eve special, where she had sung Stars Are Blind, her hit from the early 2000s, left no hint of the happy event, recently Paris had repeatedly expressed her and her husband, Carter Reum, desire to become parents.
