Instagram is the platform for selfies, belfies or shots of all the food we eat during the day, but it can also be a showcase for your talent. The perfect example is @beautybekky. The account of the make-up artist Rebekka Theenaart is a little paradise for the eyes where art, fashion, nature and pop culture become the inspiration for an eclectic range of looks that the Dutch creative defines as "extravagant minimalism or modern renaissance".

Over 100K followers love Rebekka's ability to turn her eyelids into a canvas on which to paint small, but beautiful artworks. With eyeshadows, eyeliners and brushes she is able to reproduce masterpieces by Michelangelo and Van Gogh, abstract geometric configurations, rainbows and unicorns, flames, landscapes reminiscent of the African savannah, starry skies, clouds full of rain, the Playboy bunny, hearts, the LV logo, original collages of colorful stones and pearls or simple shades of color. Each @beautybekky's shot is captivating, unique.

Although the artistic eyelids are the ones that attract the most attention, there are many who would want to copy the lips full of colours and decorations or the eyebrows inspired by the famous wave of Hokusai created by Theenaart.

When asked about her future, the make-up artist said that this IG account is also her graduation project and that she is trying to expand the business on other platforms like YouTube, maybe TikTok. It also seems that at the end of the month Rebekka will reveal "something very cool" and still a top-secret on which she has been working for a long time.
