Adele's new $58 million mansion in Beverly Hills

It's definitely a great time for Adele. She has a new love, sports attorney Rich Paul; a newly released album that has jumped to the top of the charts; she's been featured in a special event hosted by the iconic Oprah Winfrey; and, starting January 21 and running through April 16, 2022, she'll be performing a series of residency concerts at the Colosseum Theatre at Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas. Now the star has another reason to be happy: a new home in Beverly Hills.

The news of the day, in fact, is that Adele has just paid $58 million to buy Sylvester Stallone's Mediterranean-style villa. The Rocky actor had listed the property, which spans over 150 thousand square feet ideally situated to enjoy city and canyon views, for sale in January 2021 for $110 million, before dropping the price to $85 million in May. The Easy on Me singer was able to close the deal by saving a whopping $52 million less than the initial price tag. Not bad considering that the building, which features large doors and arched glass windows, is equipped with every major comfort. It features 8 bedrooms (including a master suite) and 12 bathrooms, several living areas in which to relax with friends, a kitchen worthy of a starred chef, but also a cinema, a gym and a cigar room. The property includes a luxurious 2-story guest house designed by Richard Landry with 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a full kitchen. Outdoors to break up the bright green of the huge grounds are an infinity pool, several indoor dining and lounge areas, a putting green, a spa and an air-conditioned 8-car garage that includes an art studio.

And if Adele ever feels lonely in this immense new home, she can always have tea with some of her new neighbors from the exclusive gated community of North Beverly Park, famous celebrities such as Eddie Murphy, Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson e Justin Bieber.
