If it is true that Paris is always a good idea, from today «ringarde» make-up will be even more possible to achieve. Emily Cooper, played by the lovely Lily Collins and controversial protagonist (or love or hate her, in a nutshell) of the TV series Emily in Paris, showed us that even if you are not a parisienne you can safely have your own personal Parisian style.
