This is definitely a good period for Kourtney Kardashian: she continues to drop products with her lifestyle brand  Poosh, she's deeply in love with Travis Barker with whom she forms one of the coolest celebrity couples of the moment and she enjoys crazy shopping. Yes, because when the Kardashian-Jenner clan wants to buy something, they certainly don't go looking for a summer dress at Zara, but they prefer a mega-mansion, like the one that the KUWTK star has just added to her vast real estate portfolio. Kourtney's new buy is a luxurious $12 million home that covers 0.83 acres in Palm Springs' Las Quintas neighborhood and is part of the Madison Club, an exclusive golf club and private residential community known for its high-profile clientele that includes Kris Jenner and Apple CEO Tim Cook.

Built at the request of developer Richard Doan and completed this year, the villa has a boxy layout, is surrounded by tall palm trees and features a breathtaking view over the Santa Rosa Mountains. The front door opens directly into the great room, which is bordered by walls of glass giving a continuum between the interior and exterior of the property. This open space houses a living room with a comfortable ecru sofa to relax on, a fireplace, a large wooden table perfect for family dinners, a bar area with quartz countertops, a wine cellar and a kitchen with finishes and appliances worthy of a chef. Six bedrooms and eight bathrooms complete the interior.

The real highlight of the house is outside. It's a huge infinity pool surrounded by palm trees that seems to overlook the snow-capped peaks you can see in the distance. If Kourtney gets tired of swimming or sunbathing, she can relax in front of the pit fire, cook up a barbecue with friends in the BBQ area or enjoy one of the many amenities the Madison Club offers. According to The Hollywood Reporter, for the modest monthly fee of $1,485, residents have access to an exclusive array of amenities ranging from a private clubhouse to five-star restaurants, concierge services to state-of-the-art fitness facilities and spa services.
