Pierpaolo Piccioli, creative director of Maison Valentino, places the concept of inclusiveness at the center of the brand's first make-up collection. Valentino's make-up line will launch for the first time on May 31st with a pop-up store at Selfridges, and will include a foundation available in 40 shades, 50 lipsticks and various eye products.

All the products will be unveiled at the moment of the launch, what we know for now is that Valentino Beauty will be able to embody the codes of the Maison and will create "a link between the world of fashion and the world of beauty" according to a statement by Piccioli himself.

"Beauty is a complexity resolved through love. Beauty is democratic. I look at the identity of each individual, the uniqueness that embraces diversity and inclusion. Beauty is about grace. Grace can't be explained, it is a perception... Beauty is something that gives emotions. It is a connection." - says the creative director of the Maison.

In addition to the wide range of products that will allow everyone to express their uniqueness and idea of beauty, Piccioli choose recyclable packaging for lipsticks and palettes. Furthermore, there will not be a single testimonial to represent the collection at the moment of launch, but 16 talents and each of them will represent one of the new Valentino colors in the campaign shot by Piccioli himself.

Valentino Beauty make-up collection will be available in Italy starting September 2021.
