Fedez launches his nail polish line in collaboration with Layla Cosmetics 6 semi-permanent nail polishes with 90s vibes

Make-up for men is no longer a taboo. The boundaries of norms and gender identity are dissolving and the world of cosmetics is adapting by becoming more open and fluid. So, differently than in the past, in the new society shaped by Millennials and Zoomers, the male makeup industry is so cool that it has not only enters our everyday lives, but it has become a multi-billion dollar industry that major brands and celeb enjoy. Following in the footsteps of Machine Gun Kelly and his UN/DN in partnership with Unlisted Brand Lab, the latest to debut in the beauty business is Fedez who has launched a nail polish line in collaboration with Layla Cosmetics called Noon by Fedez.

The rapper, who as he has shown in many posts has always had a passion for decorated nails, often in a matchy-matchy version with his wife Chiara Ferragni and usually made by the nail artist Isabella Franchi aka @unghiedellamadonna, has created 6 semi-permanent nail polishes inspired by the color and light of the sun near the zenith.

The colors are bright, almost fluorescent and have a decidedly '90s vibe. Slime is a lime yellow with a slimy texture; On Air is a vibrant red reminiscent of LED lights; Lobster is bright orange; 000000 is a deep black; while Faded is a chalk white. Finally, there is Moon Safari, a transparent fluorescent topcoat that can be applied to any color to make them glow in the dark.

The nail polishes are all made in Italy, are contained in sustainable packaging and cost €17.75 each, while the starter kit costs €68.80. Both are available on the Layla Cosmetics website and at authorized retailers. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the project Piccoli Ospiti di Fondazione Pangea Onlus, in support of women and children who are victims of violence.
