Another "lockdown" in Milan, another weekend at home, and all we can think about is to see "our person" again, now that we are closed again in our one/two-room apartments, with the only company of a radio or TV. When it's time to put on makeup in a hurry, we calculate each step based on our new favorite accessory: the face mask. Although it is a fundamental and necessary object, it is also the cause of your temporary acne or "mask" on the cheekbones, not to mention the lips, which are often dry and wrinkled due to humidity.

What immediately catches the eye is the texture of the product: the mask is a fresh purple gel with glitter and hearts, which make it immediately bright and colorful. But one of the most irresistible aspects is that when you open the jar, a scent of mint pervades us. This is thanks to the presence of peppermint leaf extract, an ingredient often used in lipcare, especially when you want to achieve a plumping effect.
The clue of Truly's products is precisely the content: the list of ingredients is clean, with few names, but targeted and above all natural. In the case of the lip mask, the list is of only eight compounds: aloe barbadensis leaf juice, glycerin, cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, mentha piperita, tocopherol, ceramide AP, ceramide EOP, mica (plant based). All ingredients are moisturizing and anti-free radical agents giving the product antioxidant, moisturizing and soothing properties.
The protagonists of this product are certainly vitamins E and ceramides. The first is contained in tocopherol, which makes the mask in all respects antioxidant. Ceramides, on the other hand, are lipid molecules that are already present in our skin, and help maintain autonomous hydration. How to use it? The mask should be applied after cleansing and left to act for about 3 minutes. When rinsed, your lips will be immediately plumped and radiant.
According to personal experience, this product plays a lot in the short term, i.e. the effects are immediate, but not super long-lasting (the plumping effect lasts about eight hours). The product can be used daily, but we recommend using it two or three times a week maximum, to avoid stressing the lips too much.
