The beauty industry has been at the center of the hype in the last few years, its partnership with the luxury-hype world is increasingly strong, and the protagonists of this collaboration know it very well. A pioneer in the field of dental care was Supreme, gifting customers with a toothbrush on the occasion of the first drop of FW17.
Today, sneaker and streetwear reselling platform StockX announced the arrival of a toothpaste by the dental care brand MOON, in collaboration with artist and designer Heron Preston. This special release establishes StockX's first step into the world of beauty and self care, with a DropX of 350 units of the product, in a limited edition, available exclusively on the website. DropX is the way StockX offers innovative brands and creators the opportunity to release exclusive products directly to the audience of the platform from all over the world.
To make the launch even more unique and special, is the collaboration with super model Kendal Jenner: it is not the first time that Kendall collaborates with MOON, in fact she created some co-designed products together with the brand before.
A curiosity about the product, a perfect mix of fashion and technology: it is an anti-stain, whitening and fluoride-free toothpaste, in a particular shade of orange that is also the signature of the designer Heron Preston.
"Working with MOON was a new and unique experience compared to everything I've done in the past. I really wanted to take the opportunity and make it fun by presenting a toothpaste in the shade of orange that is my signature. My mom works in dental care and when I was a child she always told me how important oral hygiene was. As of today, taking care of my teeth is one of my priorities and I believe my mom will be over the moon when she finds out that I created my own orange toothpaste! I'm very excited to be partnering with Kendall, MOON and StockX for this special launch, and I'm looking forward to everyone's smiles! - said Heron about the collaboration.
