Daily Paper honors Muslim women and their style in its latest editorial In collaboration with the London collective Muslim Sisterhood

Daily Paper has cast the girls of Muslim Sisterhood as the faces of its latest editorial celebrating the end of Ramadan. Rodrigo Inada's camera pictured the style and the aesthetic of the girls wearing the stand-out pieces of the brand's Resort SS20 collection: from bucket hats to denim jackets, from all-over printed shirts to baggy pants, from tees to tie-dye patterns.

Daily Paper and Muslim Sisterhood share the same desire to explore their roots and cultural background, without prejudice and stereotypes, focusing on the many different shades that animate every ethnic or socio-cultural group. Zeinab SalehSara Gulamali and Lamisa Khan founded the London-based collective Muslim Sisterhood to tell the story of today's young Muslim and non-binary women, highlighting their style and differences rather than the stereotyped image that usually dominates social media.

Our work came out of a need to see ourselves represented authentically in a way that celebrated our identities as young Muslims growing up in London - the girls say - The entire project was born out of our desire to be seen, not necessarily by other people, but by our own community. Our work is informed by our personal experiences as Muslim women and the racial and political paradigm we exist in. We want to create positive images and spaces for Muslims.

The collection shot in the editorial is available at Daily Paper stores and online.
