Miu Miu reveals the second chapter of the #MiuMe project

The adventure of #MiuMe, Miu Miu's Instagram call inviting fans and friends to film themselves in their home environment wearing the brand's clothes and accessories, goes on. The second chapter of the project, opened a few weeks ago by the fashion editor Harriet Verney, features the model Du Juan. Directed by the famous stylist Katie Grand via FaceTime, the young girl from Shanghai plays in front of her mobile phone screen while modeling clothes from the FW20 collection and other archival pieces taken from her wardrobe.

Du's images, like all those collected by #MiuMe, elevate the selfie to a statement of individual identity, celebrating freedom of expression. Because standing in front of the lens in the way you want means also establishing a playful dialogue with your ego.
