Spotted for the first time on the catwalk of the SS19 Paris show of Abloh's brand, the sneaker presents an eclectic look that combines past and future: waxed upper, double fastening system and a sole with purple studded grafts. The silhouette is characterized by a retro style inspired by both 70s Nike running and trekking models, mixed with the classic features of the sneakers designed by Abloh like the oversized Swoosh, visible sponge tongue, and "SHOELACES" printed on the laces. It’s a unique silhouette that elevates the concept of sportswear while blending the best of Virgil Abloh’s genius with Nike’s best technical features.
